The router uses a nano-SIM card (not included) from any operator. The SIM slot is unlocked and can be used internationally.

Press the POWER button on the back of the router.
2Insert the SIM card
Open the cover marked 'SIM Card' on the bottom of the router, insert the nano-SIM card into the slot and close the cover.
3Switch on the router
Press the POWER button. When the 5G or 4G LED lights up green, the router is connected to the mobile network.
Can I use an eSIM?
Yes. The router has a built-in eSIM, which works with RedteaMobile only. The router includes 5 GB of free data, usable in more than 32 European countries with RedteaMobile.
To use the eSIM, go to Network > Mobile Settings, click Edit next to SIM Selection and select 'ESIM', 'USIM' (physical SIM card) or 'Auto'. The Current SIM field shows the SIM in use.
How do I enable, disable or change the SIM PIN code?

- Select the Profile Name (Profile 1 to 4) and the PDP Type (IPv4, IPv6 or IPv4v6).
- Enter the APN and select the Authentication Type (NONE, PAP, CHAP or BOTH).
- Click Save. The settings are applied after about 30 seconds.
You can also manage the four APN profiles in Network > Mobile Settings > APN Settings.
My SIM card is protected by a PIN code. How do I unlock it?
After logging in to the web interface, the SIM Security message indicates that the PIN is locked. Click Unlock, enter the PIN code of your SIM card and click Unlock again. The number of attempts left is displayed.
Warning: After three wrong attempts, the SIM card is blocked and you need the PUK code from your mobile operator.
The 5G and 4G LEDs stay off.
- Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly and that your plan includes mobile data.
- If your SIM card has a PIN code, unlock it in the web interface (Network > SIM Security).
- Check that Mobile Connection is enabled in Network > Mobile Settings.
- Move the router closer to a window.
