The LED on the HOPI Home Docking is disturbing at night. Can I turn it off?
Yes. Go to More settings → Manage → System settings and toggle Light switch to OFF. The HOPI Home Docking continues to operate normally — only the indicator light is disabled.
How do I charge the HOPI Mobile Wi-Fi unit, and how long does the battery last?
Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the HOPI Mobile Wi-Fi unit. When the unit is seated in the powered HOPI Home Docking, it charges automatically without a separate cable. The 4,500 mAh Li-ion battery provides approximately 6 hours of continuous 5G use in standalone mobile mode.
How do I replace the battery?
The battery is removable. Power off the HOPI Mobile Wi-Fi unit before removing or replacing the battery. Use only the original STRONG 4,500 mAh Li-ion battery or a STRONG-approved replacement.
Warning: Using a third-party non-approved battery can damage the device and voids the warranty. The battery warranty is 2 years; the device warranty is 4 years.
