5G AIRHOME 1950 | Wi-Fi 7 (7.2 Gbps)
The 5G and 4G/3G LEDs are both off / The router has no Internet
Both LEDs off after startup almost always means the SIM is not detected or requires a PIN. Check in order:
Make sure the nano SIM card is properly inserted (base of the router, contacts facing up, pushed until it clicks).
If a PIN is required: go to Mobile Network > PIN Management, select Enter PIN in PIN Operation, type your code, and click Apply.
If the SIM status shows PUK REQUIRED, the SIM is blocked — contact your operator for the PUK code.
If the SIM is recognised but there is still no Internet: go to Mobile Network > Profile Management and verify the APN (see FAQ III).
If coverage appears to be the issue, try moving the router to a window or higher position for a better 5G/4G signal.
Warning: Maximum 3 PIN attempts (shown in Remaining Attempts). After 3 wrong attempts, the SIM is locked and requires the PUK code from your operator.
