How do I back up, restore, or run diagnostics?

Backup: Management > Backup & Restore > Backup — downloads a configuration file.

Restore: Management > Backup & Restore > File, select the backup file, then click Restore. The router restarts automatically.

Reboot: Management > Reboot & Reset > Reboot (~60 seconds).

Diagnostics: Security > Diagnosis — Ping (connectivity test), Traceroute (path tracing), and DNS Lookup (domain name resolution) are all available.

Tips: If an issue cannot be resolved, prepare your IMEI and serial number (Management > Device Information) and contact STRONG support at www.strong-eu.com.
