How do I insert my Nano SIM card?

The SIM card slot is located under the removable battery. Follow these 5 steps:

1Remove the back cover

Push it downward then lift it away from the device.

2Unlock the SIM slot

Slide the small lock toward the open padlock icon (🔓) to unlock it.

3Insert the Nano SIM

Insert the Nano SIM card with the gold contacts facing down, as shown by the arrow next to the slot.

4Lock the SIM slot

Slide the lock back to the closed padlock position (🔒) to secure the card.

5Power on

Insert the battery, close the back cover, then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on.

Warning: Never force the SIM card into the slot. Always unlock the SIM holder before inserting or removing the card. Never insert or remove the SIM card while the device is powered on.

What SIM card format does the 5GMIFIAX1800 use?

The 5GMIFIAX1800 uses a Nano SIM card (4FF format). The device is unlocked and compatible with all major operators. The SIM card is not included in the box.

Can I use any SIM card from any operator?

Yes. The 5GMIFIAX1800 is fully unlocked and compatible with all major operators. It also supports international roaming in countries where your operator has a roaming agreement.

What 5G speeds can I expect?

Maximum theoretical speeds depend on the network mode:

• 5G NSA: up to 3.4 Gbps download / 550 Mbps upload.
• 5G SA: up to 2.4 Gbps download / 900 Mbps upload.
• 4G LTE: up to 1.6 Gbps download / 200 Mbps upload.

Note: Actual speeds depend on your operator's network, your location, and your data plan. Theoretical maximum speeds are rarely reached in real-world conditions.

How do I read and send SMS messages?

SMS management is available directly from the 2.4" touchscreen of the device:

• Inbox: view received SMS messages.
• Drafts: compose and save draft messages.
• Sent: view sent messages.

Note: SMS requires an active SIM card with SMS capability. Data-only SIM plans may not include SMS.
