How do I reset my router to its factory settings?

Sometimes, it is possible that your device is not working properly and that you don’t have internet access. In this case, we suggest resetting your device to its factory settings and update it afterwards if necessary.
You have two ways to do it, you can reset the device by pressing the reset button or doing it in the Web UI.

1CASE 1: Reset button.

To do so, insert a paper clip in the hole to press the reset button. Press the reset button for 10 seconds. The LEDS will switch off and turn back on again.

1CASE 2: Reset in the Web UI

You must connect to the Wi-Fi of your device.

2Browse to the Web UI IP Address

Then, enter the following IP address: 192.168.0.1 in your browser.

3Login Page

You must enter the username (user) and password (user) before clicking Login.

4Device Management

Then, click System Tools and Device Management. Then, click Restore default and Restore default again.

5Confirm the reset

Click OK on the pop-up message that appears.
