We are releasing a new firmware update for our cameras. This update is essential for ensuring your device continues to function optimally and securely.

We strongly recommend upgrading to this latest version as soon as possible, or the camera may work abnormally or crash if the wrong firmware is selected.

To choose the right FW, open the Vision by STRONG app > Go to the settings of the camera > Device Info > Look for the camera's version in the "Model" section

You can then download the right software version based on the camera version displayed in the settings.
